From this exposure, they were able to identify a key failing in the industry. Customer service & attention to detail was fast being replaced with unreasonable KPI's & demand for higher profits with inflated costs to maintain expensive fleets and premium office spaces. Having forged strong relationships & industry contacts this made way for a new vision & MST was conceived.
After years of playing the multi-national game, MST's Director’s realised a vision of superior customer service from initial enquiry through to project completion. Without the mass fleets & expensive premium office spaces lower prices could be achieved & these savings are reflected even today in our pricing. Based on lower, but fair prices & lower overheads profitability was achieved & MST has continued to evolve, grow & mature since the humble beginnings in 2006.
