Both in the field & at senior management levels for smaller & larger multi-national companies. In doing so they gained extensive experience & exposure to the numerous problems faced in the HVAC industry.

From this exposure, they were able to identify a key failing in the industry. Customer service & attention to detail was fast being replaced with unreasonable KPI's & demand for higher profits with inflated costs to maintain expensive fleets and premium office spaces. Having forged strong relationships & industry contacts this made way for a new vision & MST was conceived.
